Safety Features are incorporated into the ELTO Vertical Robots offered as standards, the following features: multiple belt drive, Herkules™ gear motor transmission, self-lock holding system, upper over travel limit switch, lower over travel limit switch and safety bellows skirting.

The ELTO low profile vertical robot scissor lift tables accommodates low clearance applications by positioning product in the best ergonomically correct position for workers' heights.  ELTO lifts are designed to provide operators with a ‘neutral posture’ for additional ergonomic benefit, reducing musculoskeletal injuries and other stress and strains.  The low profile also helps maximize shipping/transfer density by allowing for additional layers of parts while still fitting within the optimal ergonomic window.

High Strength – Low Maintenance
Powered by a patented low-profile gearmotor transmission, The ELTO™ scissor lift table consistently outperforms traditional hydraulic scissor lift tables. Hydraulic pumps and cylinders, which require continual maintenance to prevent downtime as well as hydraulic oil leaks, are replaced by dependable motors and gears. When not in motion, the ELTO will maintain its position indefinitely under little stress unlike hydraulic scissor lift tables that sit idle under sizeable hydraulic pressure resulting in maintenance issues as well as position drift over time. ELTO also uses two polyurethane steel-reinforced belts that have proven themselves in many environmentally challenging heavy duty scissor lift applications over the past 20 years. Each belt is rated to hold the entire load capacity of the lift providing outstanding safety. ELTO also offers solid steel construction and quality scissor hubs that hold up over time.
