The EnKon patented belt drive switcher system provides safe and speedy access to parts on the assembly line. This fully automated conveyance system combines robust lifting capabilities with rotate and tilt options for better ergonomics and over-all efficiency.
Offering a highly efficient production queuing system, the EnKon Switcher system requires a mere 63” x 120” footprint to increase side-line parts rotation and flow. Tilt positioning adds ergonomic capabilities, and the system also has rotating top plates with 180 degree locking points, and integrates easily with automated guided vehicle systems (AGVs).
The EnKon switcher system can be used for right-hand or left-hand parts, and can place them in the assembler’s hands in as little as 12 seconds. Position sensors enable fast acceleration and de-acceleration for product transfer, and light curtains located on each side for operator safety. Designed and manufactured to the highest automotive and ANSI standards, the switcher system employs EnKon time-tested, long-life belt drive scissors to provide low profile, fast speed and extremely stable lifting power.
