(10018) Herkules Equipment Corporation has been manufacturing lift tables in Michigan for over 25 years. We have supplied major automotive plants such as Ford Motor Company, Nissan North America, Toyota Motor Manufacturing and other major manufacturing plants around the country (Click here for more detailed customer listings)
(10017) When I took it upon myself to engineer a product line of air powered scissor lift tables for the 21st century I knew the final design needed to be beautiful. Recognizing early on in the project that the use of all the latest finite element analysis (FEA) and computer aided design (CAD) software packages must be used to achieve the goals was integral.
(10016) As an expert manufacturer of cart lifting equipment, Herkules knows that a properly loaded cart can ensure that the lift lasts many years and operates in a safe manner. Below you will see two diagrams which illustrate this point.
(10015) Forklift trucks (or high-lows) have been around since the 1920s. The use of such vehicles in manufacturing plants was deemed a vital necessity in manufacturing and warehousing plants. By the mid 90’s, Just-in-time (JIT) delivery practices suggested that forklift trucks might be better suited for loading docks, with carts actually carrying the bins and pallets of product to the line-side assembly area. Thus, the beginning of Forklift Truck free, or simply “Fork Free” environments came into being.
(10014) I have seen hundreds of scissor lift table applications and cart applications over the years. In most cases, the best workstation solution requires the integration of the lift with the cart to ensure the operator picks from the correct ergonomic work height.
(10013) Herkules Equipment Corporation manufactures a line of low profile conveyor lift tables that can be as low as 4” for a lift table design, or .50” for a post lift design. While the technology used in both of these lifts is quite different, their function is very similar.
(10012) Herkules introduces the new A-Series Lifts, a 100% air-operated material handling scissor lift priced very competitively. Extremely unique, the A-Series Lift’s “bolt-together” design provides tremendous flexibility by allowing the user to purchase only the lift components needed at the time. If the application changes, a new component can be easily added without replacing the entire lift, drastically reducing future equipment
